If you conclude an agreement as a consumer via our website, you have a right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal allows you to cancel the contract within a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.
You can cancel the agreement by submitting the cancellation through our customer panel with the reason "Right of Withdrawal".
You will receive confirmation of cancellation within 24 hours.
Notice: Agreements for domain names, SSL certificates and other customized services are not covered by the Distance Selling Act. Therefore, as a consumer, you have no right of withdrawal. For business customers, including small entrepreneurs, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
