You're a tax consultant, your whole job revolves around phone calls and emails with clients and the IRS. Then you don't want your IT systems to let you down. And above all, if something goes wrong, you don't want to end up in an endless queue.
When I started for myself in 2010, I stayed with the same IT provider. But when they were acquired by a larger party, everything changed. Suddenly I was no longer Gunther, but customer number so many. That didn't work for me. I needed a party where I felt treated as a human being, where I could ask "stupid" questions without feeling burdened.
